Damaged, defective, or misprinted

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong in any way, we replace it free — no return shipping, no interrogation. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and a replacement goes into production.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because every piece is printed on demand just for you, we can't resell returns — so we don't accept returns for sizing or buyer's remorse. Check the size guide on every product page before ordering; when in doubt, size up.

Made a genuine mistake on your order? Contact us within 12 hours and we'll try to catch it before production starts. After that, the machines have already begun.

Lost in transit

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, give it 48 hours (carriers mark things early constantly), check with neighbors, then contact us. Genuinely lost packages get replaced.

The honest part

Distressed prints, splatter, and grunge texture are the design, not a defect. If it looks like it survived a factory accident — that's because, canonically, it did.
