Characters
Thirty-two misfits and counting — the founders, the factory crew, the street pack, the Bin Kids, the Spill Four, and the Snack Pack. Every one of them has a file. Every file has a story.

Patch
The Spliced Bunny
Quiet, curious, and completely immune to toxic waste. Patch never says much — the stitches do the talking.
“Same bunny. Different chemicals.”

Grimm
The Spiked Teddy
Grumpy, loyal, secretly soft. Wears a spiked collar so nobody finds out he's the nicest one in the factory.
“Hugs are a threat.”

Bones
The Skull Kid
Loud, fast, allergic to rules. Throws the horns in every photo. Claims to have invented the XX smiley (he didn't).
“Too sick to be normal.”

Snotty
The Toxic Creator
Never photographed. Never interviewed. Communicates exclusively through drops, tags, and the occasional flooded vat.
“Drip is the weapon.”

Threads
The Culture Creator
Sharp-eyed, unbothered, permanently six months ahead of every trend. Speaks fluent factory-monster without an accent.
“Create your legacy. Leave a mark.”

Vandal
The Print Designer
Perfectionist gremlin. Wears a gas mask because the ink fumes are 'inspiration' and inspiration is dangerous.
“Create. Print. Disrupt.”

Sprocket
The Machine Heart
Patient, mechanical, keeps time for the whole operation. Communicates in clicks, hisses, and meaningful pauses.
“The line stops for no one. Except me.”

Seven
The Living Vat
Ancient, patient, occasionally overflows on purpose. The factory's mother, landlord, and weather system all at once.
“…”

Bubblz
The Mischief Molecule
Effervescent menace. Class: mischief. Threat level: five X's and climbing. Cannot be contained, boxed, or reasoned with.
“Bubbles pop. Chaos stays.”

Decoy
The Official Body Double
Committed to the bit. Signs autographs as Snotty, gives interviews as Snotty, denies being Snotty as Snotty.
“I'm him. (I'm not him.)”

Riot
The Rainbow Mohawk
Maximum volume, maximum color, zero indoor voice. The optimist of the crew and violently proud of it.
“Every color at once. That's the point.”

Loogie
The Slime Kid
Chill to the point of dripping. One eye, one braincell, infinite vibes. The unofficial mascot of not caring.
“Keep it Snotty.”

Tag
The Living Graffiti
Patient, omnipresent, a little smug. Moves from wall to wall when nobody's looking. Cannot be buffed.
“You can paint over me. I'll wait.”

Quackers
The Legal Department
Spike-headed, briefcase-carrying, disturbingly good at contract law for a duck. Bills by the hour. In bread.
“Objection. Also: quack.”

Hex
The Cursed One
Spooky, theatrical, mildly radioactive. Claims to know hexes. Has demonstrably jinxed at least three vending machines.
“It's not a curse. It's a feature.”

Uni
The Last Unicorn (Legally Distinct)
Deadpan skeleton energy with a single glitter horn. The most goth thing to ever come out of a toy bin.
“Magic's dead. I checked.”

Chomp
The Spiked Shark
A carnival-plush shark who came out of the bin bristling with stitched spikes and decided they were a personality. Chews through anything — cardboard, shipments, arguments. Sharp teeth, sharper attitude.
“Bite first. Questions never.”

Caww
The Doomcrow
Prophetic, dramatic, right approximately 40% of the time — which he rounds up to 'always'. Mohawk of feathers, heart of static.
“Called it.”

Static
The Broadcast
Speaks in test patterns and dead-channel hiss. Displays his mood on his face. Literally. It's a screen.
“You're watching Channel Nothing.”

Fang
The Good Boy
The only member of the crew with zero edge. Pure joy in patched denim. Will fetch anything. ANYTHING.
“(happy stitched-dog noises)”

Hopscotch
The Pink Menace
Fast, fuzzy, fanged, and fully convinced she's the leader. The other three let her believe it because it's easier.
“Built in the slime.”

Blink
The One-Eyed Watchman
One giant eye, zero blinks on record. Sees everything, forgives most things, forgets absolutely nothing.
“I saw that.”

Dice
The One-Eyed Gamble
A novelty die the spill melted into a one-eyed, permanently dripping thing — and it kept the gambling problem. The problem being that he always wins, because he decides how it lands.
“Roll me. I dare you.”

Squirm
The Pipe Worm
Tiny, pink, unbothered. Lives in the pipes. Knows every route in the building. Cannot be startled, cornered, or rushed.
“I was already here.”

Drips
The Meltdown
Perpetually mid-melt and perpetually at peace about it. The crew's therapist, if therapists dripped.
“I'm not melting. I'm relaxing.”

Sizzle
The Churro Stand
Six limbs, two mismatched eyes, one chef's hat he was NOT given. Cooks like a hazard, feeds everyone, explains nothing.
“It's done when it screams.”

Munch
The Bottomless
Swirl-eyed, spike-headed, permanently double-fisting pizza and a burger. Has never chosen between two foods in his life.
“Both. Always both.”

Gnaw
The Gym Rat
Literal gym rat. Massive arms, tiny legs, protein shake in a Snotty's cup at all times. Skips leg day as a lifestyle.
“One more rep. One more sip.”

Kernel
The Movie Monster
Neon-ring eyes, horns, and a bottomless bucket of popcorn-and-marshmallow. Watches everything. Reviews nothing.
“No spoilers. Just popcorn.”

Taffy
The Sugar Rush
Pink-and-teal pigtails, XX visor, candy bucket, zero chill. The fastest hands at the Midnight Market — buying OR distributing.
“Sweet is a threat level.”

Gummy
The Feed
XX visor permanently displaying his mood, headphones permanently on, gummy worms permanently in transit to his face.
“Streaming is a food group.”

Gutz
The Heavyweight
Biggest member of the entire crew. Neon visor, full sleeve tattoos, a burger in one hand and a Snotty's cup in the other. Immovable, unbothered, beloved.
“I finish what the crew starts.”

Sour
Decoy Unit 01
Cracked yellow head, factory piercings, a tail that loops like a question mark, and a spray can he was not issued. Grins like he knows something. He doesn't. That's classified.
“Wrong guess. Keep guessing.”

Notta
Decoy Unit 02 — Officially Not Snotty
Purple horns, half a skull patched over one eye, one lime eye that follows you. Ships with an official spec sheet: SPECIES UNKNOWN. CLASS: TOXIC. The paperwork is the joke and the joke is load-bearing.
“Not even close.”

Volt
The Live Wire
Black orb head, two green lamps for eyes, a crown of neon quills that hums near electronics. Speaks rarely. Glows constantly. Every warning label on him was added later, by others, out of experience.
“Do not touch. (Touch.)”

Strobe
The Afterparty
Visor permanently displaying XX eyes and a scribble mouth, pigtails full of static, one bucket of candy that is somehow always at the same level. Has never been early, late, or tired.
“The party doesn't end. It just changes rooms.”

Fuse
The Countdown
Teal horns, goggles he never lifts, and the table manners of a controlled demolition. Eats like the timer's running because, as far as anyone can tell, it always is.
“Five seconds. Ish.”
