Snotty is never photographed — so when the world demands a face, it gets Decoy: a spike-headed, spray-can-wielding professional impersonator with a flawless record of fooling absolutely everyone. The disguise works because nobody, including Decoy, is entirely sure he ISN'T Snotty. The lawyers have a whole filing cabinet about it. The filing cabinet is labeled 'DO NOT'.
