Loogie is a fist-sized blob of lime slime in a pink beanie who throws a peace sign at every camera and has never once been on time. He slides through the sewers faster than Bones can bike, leaves a faintly glowing trail the city has given up cleaning, and coined the phrase 'keep it Snotty' by accident while ordering food. It's on the wall of the Boiler Room now. Forty feet tall.
